Dude, that is some employee loyalty, getting bombed out of your company's plane and continuing to work there? I might never fly again that happens to me
JAT Flight 367 incident, where Vesna Vulović was blown out of the aircraft, happened on a Douglas DC-9, clearly not a 747 as shown in the animation.
Oh, and after the incident Vulović expressed willingness to resume working as a flight attendant, but JAT felt that her presence on flights would attract too much publicity and instead gave her a desk job.
I do like the show for giving random bits of aviation trivia that only aviation nerds care about.
0:10 Too bad they aren't speaking Spanish. Would be a welcome surprised to the Spanish fans, and shock the Japanese and and others from the different language spoken while in Mexico.
4:24 Even though I really didn't have to check, it's true. Sadly, she passed away in 2016 at the age of 66.
8:01 Oof, Lol!!!
11:07😢
17:54 Sadly, no.
20:53 Geez!!! Also, thug graduated from the Imperial Stormtroopers School of Aim.😶
That was unbelievably, sad conclusion, especially if Thomas Plateau died. But if that is the case, RIP😢.
And, not gonna even try to bring up how bad the criminal element can be in Mexico. Every now and then, something so heinous will grab the national news either in Mexico, or at the border of the US.
I know what I said about the language probably would be a production challenge. But could have worked that Thomas could have spoken Japanese, and taught Hirofumi to speak Mexican/Spanish. That would explain the montage with Hirofumi and the kids as they didn't understand him at first, but they could later. Would have been neat if they could have as this series does give very interesting information they use, as a base for story elements.
Would have been a nice touch of immersion.
obviously they wouldn't be shown speaking spanish in the show, because its an anime, and than they'd have to put japanese subtitles for the japanese watchers and also add english subtitles on top of that. So it would make no sense for them to be doing that.
True, I said it would be a "nice touch of immersion," if possible.
And you just illustrated some of the ''production challenges'' I said in my comment.
So... what about everyone else on that plane? Surely the professor, at least, would have been looking for Satake if he also survived.
This week, it's car bug. Looks like the artist accidentally swapped the front of the grey car with its rear.
I lowkey expected them to talk spanish but still a godd episode. And next episode looks funny lol
I murdered my ex, so i can relate.
Wow they speak Japanese in Mexico.
To hell with immersion!!!
Dude used to travel abroad as part of his job. Is it really hard to imagine that he spoke English to the ex-mafia dude or that he picked up some basic Spanish over the course of a few months to be able to speak with the kids?
04:24
Vesna Vulović was a Serbian flight attendant who holds the Guinness world record for surviving the highest fall without a parachute: 10,160 m
damn its true... pff 2016 rip, she gone 6 year ago :( would been nice to meet
Well… I fully expect the police to come and literally traffic those freaking kids away just as planned. If that doesn’t happen then this *anime* is even more trash than it already is.
Poor old man... Why ?
This supposed to be a comedy so why am i not laughing but fill with rage
i want full Opening :S
plateau-san...
another amazingly tragic yet amazing nonetheless episode.
Time for a Sunday night dosage of bug humans.
Poor Plateau-san. He was such a good hearted man! :'(
